Tiny House Takeover

Lately I have been contemplating the whole "tiny house" takeover.  My husband and I were thinking of constructing the mini homes for the many people that live on the coasts. This looks and sounds great, but I want to know if this is a lucrative investment or will we spend more than we actually make?

When I worked for a mortgage company in 1996, my boss told me "this whole internet thing is  a fad. Get over it." He was definitely someone who didnt see the big picture.
