My name is Jim Barnard and I have been in  custom home construction in Western Colorado  for 20+ years and have recently started putting together financing  to do buy and hold deals for passive income. I plan on buying my 1st property for renting out in the next 30 days. I joined Bigger pockets to learn from others and be part of a like minded group.
