Looking for Muli-Unit in Chicago

BP Team,

I hope all is well. I'm a new investor looking for a multi-unit property in the Chicago land area. Its been a bit of a struggle finding something in a good area that will cash-flow and is within my budget. I was curious to see if anyone had any suggestions on areas to explore or other options/strategies?

I would sincerely appreciate any feedback!

Warm regards,

Tim

General rule is that anything you see listed is at a price which makes no sense.

If it was listed as a deal there would already be 50 offers on it.

Find a few properties in areas you like and offer them a price on your terms.  A price that meets your  cash flow goals.  Odds are you probably will not get the property but if you try enough times, one will stick.  Its a lot of work but worth it.
