I am a plumber and experienced in trade related work so any upkeep or work to be done I could do myself or hire a capable friend to do said work.

I work in construction, have done a lot of my own work and am a Civil Engineer by trade.

I've measured wall to wall for taxes and it might be 800 at most and that is counting the stairs.I'm a chef by trade and profession, 20+ years, and while I was making a decent salary and had a pretty awesome gig working at a private High School.

If you're hellbent on going to school learn a trade related to real estate.

So I am asking you, Biggerpockets if you have any local recommendations for a CPA/ tax expert that specializes in small time real estate investors and also have an understanding of crypto currency trading as well.

I’d love to connect with others who are in the Atlanta area and learn some tricks of the trade for our local market.

These low prices are a trade-off though, insurance is high in the Midwest and it's harder to get those huge appreciation stories you read about here.

I don’t have any personal experience on flipping houses so any money lost to gain knowledge is a good trade off for me.
