Seeking Tax guidance, new investor

Hello Biggerpockets! I recently acquired a 3plex in pierce county, WA and finally got my foot in the door to my real estate investing career. It has been about 3 months into the deal and so far so good, the property came with great tenants which has made a world of difference. Anyways the reason why I am posting is because I am seeking tax help/ consulting so that I can set myself up for future deals, limited tax liabilities, etc. So I am asking you, Biggerpockets if you have any local recommendations for a CPA/ tax expert that specializes in small time real estate investors and also have an understanding of crypto currency trading as well. Would it be best to go with someone local, or does that not really matter? I prefer talking to someone face to face.
