Their is a house on the market for sale which I think could be a great fix and flip.  The property in question is on the market. I’ve spoken with a real estate agent, seen the house and told her I’d be contacting her with my offer. How ever I’d like to find an established flipper who works in the area but I can’t seem to find any through back tracing already sold renovated houses. I don’t have any personal experience on flipping houses so any money lost to gain knowledge is a good trade off for me. Any advice to get me going would be very much apreaciated. Also how to suggest partnering up on something like this. I understand he could just go around me and do the flip on his own but I feel as Not to many people are eager enough to jump in this one.
