I've listened to the podcast and downloaded his ebook on investing property with $2000 or less.

However, if you take the time to check out the forum posts, read the free downloadable ebooks offered through this site (see the "Learn" tab on the top of the page), and listen to the podcasts, you'll begin to expand your RE knowledge.  

As I looked through the different links and the many many ads, I came a cross a free ebook "Ultimate Beginners Guide" So I downloaded it and signed up for the site.

Thanks Jon, I enjoy podcasts when driving so I plan on downloading some of the bigger pockets podcasts. 

Now I'm interested in getting The Book on Managing Rental Properties but I've heard that all the bonus downloadable forms that come with book only come with it if you buy through BP.The problem is I only see it available on here to buy as a bundle with the Rental Property Investing book, which I already got through Amazon a couple months ago.
