Been following for a few months. Listening to the podcasts non stop and really enjoying all the information on here. Former mortgage broker used to work with a lot of investors. Now would like to get into some short term rehabs to then buy and hold for long term cash flow. Curious about other members in Atlanta area and if there is a reia that is worth attending or any kind of meet ups etc as I'd definitely like to start networking and getting involved. Would love to help fund a deal or partner with someone to start. Thanks!
