Hello, 

From the state with the most exciting 2 minutes in sports!

Glad to finally be a member, I have lurked on this site for years just reading information, finally took the plunge and signed up. I owned a property management company for several years so I hope to help with some of the questions and challenges of that industry. 

I bought some acreage and have been really interested in commercial development so that is one of my main focuses right now. I've had my real estate license since 2010 and it is something new everyday - happy to help with any questions.
