Hello BP members:

I am a newbie to REI, even though I've owned a 40 unit apartment complex for over 10 years. I cannot believe the plethora of information contained on this site, so I'm quite excited to jump right in, networking and learning! My background is legal, however I would like to round out my financial portfolio with additional buy and hold REI's.

I hope to find other like-minded investors who would be interested in sharing/exchanging experiences and knowledge. This year, my immediate goal is to purchase an additional multifamily dwelling (possibly before July) as daily, I monitor the Fed. Fund rate. Like many of you on this site, I’ve been watching Janet Yellen, hoping for status quo!

Warm regards,

Linda
