Hello everyone, my name is Gustavo and I'm looking for buy and hold deals. I live in Belleville Illinois and own one rental there. I'm looking to but a second property within the next year and see where else we can go from there. I hope to make lots of connections here on bigger pockets and learn all the inns and outs of the business. Thanks for all your help in advance.
