This would be West of Denver, CO. 

Okay so my next question is say you had a C class property in west palm beach Florida with a 9% cap and some nearby developments would be a possible good play right now?

Your best bet will be in small to medium size markets in the midwest and east coast (for example Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin).

But sure don't want to interfere in there right to sell drugs and intimidate people.It may become necessary, but I don't have plans on living in the wild west or the wild east carrying six shooters and pepper spray.
