Colorado new building costs

Does anyone have a good estimate for building new (~1,800sf) on medium slope in light forest area? This would be West of Denver, CO.  I have an idea on the costs of well, utilities and septic, just looking for construction cost for a nice home, or if you have an idea that a cabin kit-home would be less expensive...? Thanks.

@Gard Van Antwerp - I have some knowledge of the cabin/log kits.  Bottom line is that ends up close to the same cost of new construction - somewhere between $120-$160/SF usually, depending on finishes.  The advantage of the kit is the manufacturing of the product us usually done indoor and is superior to stick frame housing.  It also goes up faster than normal construction usually.  The kit itself might be $80/SF but that is just a shell and does not include finishes and services.
