My investing partner seems to really like Lincoln, Ne for our next rental. Mostly she likes student housing at the university. Anyone have any thoughts? It would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm biased but I enjoy investing in lincoln. Strong rents, stable market, will always have tenants, lower cost of properties then most of the country. Let me know if you guys need any help I enjoy this stuff
