The primary lienholder typically takes the lead in that from what I have seen (most banks have departments dedicated to just doing this). 

I never would have had the tools or confidence to do that without building a team and learning how to do that with the resources on the forum.  

I really would like to work with the team I’ve established a relationship, but it is for a second lien.

I like it as a team approach, I think that provides the value add, is set up purely to the customer’s benefit.

Also do your homework on which circuits MUST be 20amp/12ga, which circuits MUST be GFI & which circuits MUST be dedicated such as an above the stove micro-wave, dishwasher etc. 

You need to have a team in place.

I've found a lot of newer people will be more accepted in the Multi Family world because it's a team sport and if you can bring value to a team who does syndication or a 506(C) or (B) raise you can learn a lot and its quite lucrative.
