New Investor Living in an High Priced Area (SF). What to do?

Hello,

I recently moved to San Francisco with a new job and getting into real estate has been an interest of mine. I have some money saved up <$100K, and have been searching for a rental property. This has been nearly impossible as everything around the bay area is highly priced. I work about 60 hrs a week and thus do not have much time to do a flip or a house hack. What are some recommendations for someone starting out new?

Thank you all for your feedback!
