Looking to get my feet wet in San Antonio. I want to start out with the world famous ‘house hacking’. We Don’t want to leave Northside San Antonio. But there’s nothing good And or in my budget. I think you may be confusing some definitions. I would recommend before you start to put time or money into any project you should first make sure you are educated in which path you are choosing and make sure that there is a goal / reason for that path. Just to make some money is not a goal, especially if you are not sure what your doing and your funds are limited. If you take the time to educate yourself then focus on a goal you will be much more successful when you take action and your money goes live in a deal.
