There is a ton of VERY informative articles, real life scenarios, and step by step instructions on various investment techniques, wholesaling included, written by BP members.

If your business is driven by online leads, are you utilizing more pay per click advertising, or “organic” SEO techniques?

If you';re looking at wholesaling then I would recommend starting off with the driving for dollars technique.

I use the same technique to acquire properties as well.  

A creative technique could be is if you find a partner who has cash flow that can take out credit under his name.

What I am asking the Bigger Pockets tribe is what  are some techniques used to find the right General contractor, to make sure the job gets done to budget and to the quality to stick out (in a good way) once it's on the market.

Bigger Pockets is the best place to learn these techniques because it's absolutely free to listen to the multiple podcasts on here where investors are pretty much teaching step by step how you are able to do so.

I thought it was a brilliant technique.
