If the windows don't have any information and the screens don't seen to have anything useful on them, I would probably still contact a window/screen guy to see if they could identify it for you since they're dealing with them on a daily basis.

.- Deals: Figure out a way to find deals either through the MLS, foreclosure and auctions, Bigger pocket, Drive for dollars etc- Analyze those deals daily using the bigger pockets deal calculator.- Follow the process of landing your first deal - Analyze -> Pursue -> succeed -> repeat..- Once you find a deal with a number that works , Find Investors, connect with your local banks , partner with someone . ( I strongly recommend the book - Investing in Real Estate with low or no money down by BT)- Be consistent- Read Blogs, Read books, read posts- Attend Network events- Connect with one member a day with a purpose(Please: do not spam members , you may loose your messaging privilege).I doubt you will fail if you ritually follow 70% of the recommendations.

At BP, not only can you network with other real estate investors, you can learn from the informative forums posted daily on the site, find properties that are for sale, and take free courses.

For daily rituals after that, Atomic Habits by James Clear or The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson are great and not real estate focused.

Have a script & assess your conversations on a daily basis; learn from the conversations. 

I literally don't think I've ever had anyone ever agree with me (although I don't run into property investors in my daily life, so hopefully some on this site will agree). 

He also looked into daily treasury rates and rate locked at his best guess optimum time. 

I'm looking for a brokerage with the lowest amount of fees, because my transaction volume and support needs will be so low.
