Affiliating with a brokerage firm

Parker Vigé
Posted

Recently, I became a full broker in NC, and I'm looking to start my personal investing. Before I buy my first property, I need to affiliate with a brokerage. I'm looking for a brokerage with the lowest amount of fees, because my transaction volume and support needs will be so low. I would really appreciate any recommendations or guidance on factors I may be forgetting to consider. Please let me know if I can provide anymore details!

Note:  I know I've sort of put the cart before the horse in getting my license so early. Logistically, it made the most sense for me to get licensed now, even though I won't be buying for a few more months.
