Hey BP Community! My name is Brian, been interested in real estate for 20 years, but never took action.  Rich Dad Poor Dad was inspiring, I joined a Cash Flow group in the area and met up with them several times to play, but never translated that into real action.  That’s been the story of my life, and now I’m 45.  It’s time to get moving!

I'm interested in starting with SFH, with a goal to move into multi-family, all rentals. I'm open to flipping as a way to accelerate my cash, if the deal makes sense. I'm in the education phase, with a goal to purchase my first property by the end of 2020. My income goal is $20k in monthly net cash flow, and I'd like to get there by the time I'm 55. That's possible, right?! :-)

Looking forward to learning from all of you, and paying it forward as I gain experience of my own.  Hope you’re all having a productive Saturday
