There is so much to learn and you cannot wait to get started because of it,  Education is a necessary evil that will help you be dominate in your field.  

First I am wondering how people go about fielding the calls?

I've see it a few times in my old career, but it was very unusual, and a lot of back and forth between the two insurance companies.  

I've been studying bigger pockets and their recommended books for the last year and specifically moved to waco to start a second career.  

You can even be the president of the US one day after having a successful career in real estate..More than half of my friends are currently in med school or residency.

What kind of success have you had when out in the field hunting for these "off market" deals?  

I have a full time career operating a small business but I decided to get my license to learn more about real estate and to use as a tool to help me with my investments.

I've been research this field for a few months now and finally took the dive into the industry!

Now that my service is coming to an end I am going to be moving back to Tallahassee and begin my career in full time Real Estate Investing.

Would you generally recommend a BRRRR method over a fix and flip for someone looking to dedicate their whole career to fix and flips or mainly for someone looking to make the most long term profit?
