Hello All! I'm Rob and I have started looking for investing opportunities in the Louisville and near by areas. I want this year to focus mainly on wholesaling but my goal is 5 rental properties by the end of the year. I'm concentrating on areas near the university or right by hospitals. I have already interview some attorneys and agents to be on my team. I've been research this field for a few months now and finally took the dive into the industry!
