Hello BP,I have posted on the forums before with a great influx of support along with motivation, and these are two things that I am looking for as I am looking to buy my first property! 

Hello fellow BP'ers-Like many of you I have an interest in RE investing...and also work in the industry supporting RE Investors as the Director, Business & Investor Development with Evergreen Note Servicing.I've read many discussions and had conversations with many others about servicers, servicing and supporting the investor network.  

Fine, throw in 10% for vacancy and 20% for taxes/insurance/water and I'm STILL cash flowing over 10% on my $40,000 investment.I understand that the key to this is actually getting tenants at $550/month, but if the market seems to support that, can a pig not be a pig?

We need your help in urging legislators to support these bills.Ask your Senator and Representative to vote in favor of SB 398 and HB 483.

She, and many of her supporters, misunderstand the mechanics of the residential real estate market.

Provided that the foundation and beams can support, what is your recommendation on building up versus out.

For all that are curious, here are the 3 explanations I got:Explanation 1 said there was a leak (notice the actual invoice #2 does not support this):"Well we couldn't get the gas turned on because of bad valves and unions that was the $100 charge, nothing to do with the agreement it was a service call and we can;t have gas leaking out into unit."

He has a very good video course and support group/coaching as well.
