Wanting to hear from Investors about note servicing...

Hello fellow BP'ers-

Like many of you I have an interest in RE investing...and also work in the industry supporting RE Investors as the Director, Business & Investor Development with Evergreen Note Servicing.

I've read many discussions and had conversations with many others about servicers, servicing and supporting the investor network.  Those discussions have run the gauntlet from very satisfied, to neutral, to completely upset and everywhere in between.

So with that in mind...who better to open a discussion with than everyone here on BP. Tell me about the positives, the negatives, the myths and frustrations investors see...and what would benefit you as investors.  If you have ideas to share that you don't want pubic...pm me with those.

Thanks ahead of time for taking time to share your thoughts.

If you (as an investor) were assembling a service for NPN's, PN's and seller carry back transactions...what would that service look like?
