Call to action from Last Nights Meeting

After teaching last nights CFRI Orange County Chapter meeting, I think I should share this information around. It was definitely a hot topic to this room of investors!

This Legislative Session, members of the Florida Legislature will hear SB 398 by Sen. Kathleen Passidomo (R-Naples) and HB 483 by Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Naples) relating to estoppel certificates. These bills seek to cap the fees that community association management companies may charge a seller to provide information about their association dues, fees and assessments prior to closing. We need your help in urging legislators to support these bills.

Ask your Senator and Representative to vote in favor of SB 398 and HB 483.
