So, if the property is...unique...and doesn't qualify for a conventional loan, a portfolio lender may decide the issues are no big deal and make the loan.If nothing else, you can at least plead your case to a portfolio lender!

I would also assume that entails having to work and subsequently pay-out part of my commissions to that broker in the event I do close on properties.Any advice from individuals who have had the same thought would be great.....thanks everyone!

You will get spreadsheet view, map view, individual listings, and all of the pictures for those listings.3. $10 a month I have a person who screens out properties that are listed every day looking for listings that are 70% below assessed values.
