May be better as a MTR or STR if it's unique.

I am just starting out here in South Carolina looking to network meet a community of like-minded individuals.  

Per lender's requirement, the title is held by individuals as "tenants in common" rather than LLC.

What would be some recommendations on how to structure this unique kind of deal?

Who gets blamed for and/or has to handle the following unique to nonfamily roommates:1) Missing personal possessions?

Consult someone who actually knows what they are talking about/does this for a living, but most of your tax savings are only going to offset the earnings of the partnership rather than one of you individually.

I don't see anything wrong with that approach but there isn’t a complete alignment of interest (the individual who wants to take over all construction services will want to focus on the projects with the greatest construction fee earning potential; the brokers will want to pursue more for-sale projects etc.).

My fiance and I are in a unique situation as I play baseball professionally, and she works online and plans to live with me during my season.

Unique pieces are great for "Flair" and individuating your property but if it fits in a suitcase and isn't fixed to the wall or floor then it will not be long for your STR.
