I did a generic search for real estate investing and found this place which seemed to be too good to be true but to my amazement it's absolutely the real thing for sure.

I don't just send out the generic list of hot sheets from the MLS that match my clients requirements. 

BUT I would be very surprised if you could find a generic lease that can deal with your situation.
