Hello everyone, It's my first day lol!

I would like to start by saying it's is an absolute pleasure to be introducing myself to such a very well organized and information wealthy place of like minded individuals! My name is Jewrel (pronounced like sorda like Jerrell) and I'm from Millbrook AL which is about 10 minutes north of Montgomery AL. I did a generic search for real estate investing and found this place which seemed to be too good to be true but to my amazement it's absolutely the real thing for sure. My goal is to become as knowledgeable and reliably helpful has I can be while eventually contributing to our online community as much or more than I'll take from the plethora of information and experience available to us all here. I own only one property, it's a rental that I actually make money on. I would like to eventually get many more while also learning to fix and flip, and do a little wholesale too. As I learn more and become crafty with making good deals regularly I want to be someone the newbe's after me can lean on to achieve the success that I aim to attain. I currently work for a large automaker as a maintenance technician and would like to eventually earn enough in real estate to do real estate only, full time. I think I've found my real passion now finally at 33 years old!
