Guys,

Need some urgent help! I have a meeting coming up with private lenders and I need some material/slide ware to build up a presentation for them in order to raise funds/private money in Real Estate Investment.

Any reference material/Posts or if you have PPT or PDF slides that I can leverage, would be awesome!!!

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

~ Sid

Search google for "Hedge Fund Pitch Book" or some variation of that. Possibly "Private Equity Pitch Book" as well.

Some examples:

You pitch book should discuss 1) your experience, 2) past deals, 3) what you will do with capital, 4) projected returns based on historical data, 5) comparison to other investments (REITs, S&P 500, etc).
