Ideally, we intend to have as much profits go back into the business for new investments as possible, but at some point we hope to quit our day jobs and start generating our income from our investments.

We found that letters have generated more of a response, but we will see!  

Most people have turned to off-market lead generation such as driving for dollars and direct mail marketing.

@Kenneth Garrett - One of the beauties of rental properties is the ability to generate PASSIVE income.

I know how to generate motivated buyers, I know how several ways to find distressed sellers without spending an arm and a leg on marketing, and I know how to get in contact with a title company to help seal the deal.

It is also a means to create greater stability for low-income people, and an avenue for low-income people to generate equity and wealth for themselves and their families.

Do they have the price they pay per kWh generated? 

As far as my goals, Im not looking to transition into f/t sales; I plan to maintain my full-time job, while buying and selling my own property as well as generating supplemental income from sales as an agent.

I started this MBA program before I gained interest in REI but since I seriously want to become an investor I believe that it may be wise to put my efforts elsewhere and have more faith in my ability to generate the income I want without spending more money for that degree.

@Anna Markowski a LOT of people (including the older generation) bought one or two rental properties, paid it off over 20/30/40 years, and sold it for a huge profit along with making some money along the way.
