Hello Bigger Pockets! I am new to real estate investing but very eager to learn everything I can! I have done two flips in Arizona, but I live in Las Vegas and would love to flip homes here locally. I just got my real estate license and learned a lot from that course. Does anyone have any advice on deal flow? What is the best way to find distressed properties to flip? I feel like I have looked quit a bit on the MLS and haven't found much with acceptable comps for a decent upside. Any advice would be much appreciated. Also, I am looking for contractor referrals if you have any! Thanks!
