How to pay out profits form a business?

I know I have read something on this topic in the past, but I can't seem to locate a past discussion on it. But, I am looking for some advice on what percentages are typcial for how to divide out profits from investment properties.

For example, say my business partner and I flip a house, and after all fees we clear $20K. What percentage should be allocated to taxes, overhead business expenses, put back into the next investment, payed out to business partners, etc..?

Ideally, we intend to have as much profits go back into the business for new investments as possible, but at some point we hope to quit our day jobs and start generating our income from our investments. So, I am just looking for some advice on how to plan for this in the future.

Thanks,
