I don’t see how anyone who had it properly explained to them would be willing to split profits while taking 100% of the losses. 

Edit: I see they build “container homes”….I would absolutely have them acquire the building permits as the structures have to be properly engineered/certified. 

What is the proper way to come to them as far as a credibility packet with out having started yet?

Some manufacturer are saying it's natural stone and adopt the 100y life expectancy... but it is not natural stone as you mentioned it.
