Atlanta Property Manager Recommendation

Hi friends, I got a renal property in Snellville, GA, under contract recently (finally!) and are looking for recommendations for property managers if you have worked with a good one before. I am talking to Mynd but don't know how their service ACTUALLY looks like. Would love to get feedback from folks who have used Mynd before?
