Pretty common.I would imagine that others that don't do this is because of it being a pain to move frequently.

Evaluate as many deals as you can would be my advice as you frequently hear on bp podcasts etc.

I know that for my customers, the most frequent questions fall into the category of how to get a positive ROI on what is potentially unlimited ad spend, without having to become an expert at the endless things that you need to learn about these platforms to build run and manage these campaigns.
