Looking to get into becoming a real estate investor and hoping I can find someone to “Shadow” teach me “The Game” around the Kissimmee/Orlando Florida area. Any suggestions where I can go?

Think about what you're asking:  you want someone to give you their knowledge, process, access to their inner workings - and they get ?????????

Solve that "what's in it for the mentor" question first.  Are you willing to work for free - like paint, help landscape - whatever needs to be done in exchange for being part of the process?  If so, join a Real Estate Investing "Meetup" Group (one that doesn't sell anything; more of a think tank model).  There you will find a variety of investors in different niches - some more knowledgeable and successful than others.  You'll learn a lot by showing up and participating.

And, I'm proud of you for seeking this learning.  A lot of folks just wing it - and it's dang hard to overcome stupid!
