Anyone has a good contractor they could recommend in the Baltimore, MD area? I have a rental unit that needs carpet installed.

Any referrals would be appreciated!

@Monica Marusic Just my opinion - Avoid carpet.  Tenants generally don't like it and you usually have to replace it during turnover.  Use inexpensive wood laminate or vinyl plank throughout the house and peal/stick grout-able tile in bath and laundry rooms. If my sub-floor is uneven, I use Project Source wood laminate from Lowes .68/sq ft.  If the sub-floor is smooth, I use Allure vinyl plank from Home Depot 1.29/sq ft.  The peal/stick grout-able tile is so easy it's almost fun to put down.  Almost.
