I have a tenant who moved out left place extremely dirty, did not pay last months late fee. 

Both have had just 60% occupancy over the last year, which as I understand it, is completely absurd.

I think the Bank of America building was for sale last year at $250 million.

Rarely can a qualified tenant rent today as they usually have to give notice to their current landlord or are relocating and not waiting until the last minute. 

@Marci Stein Brandon Turner teased in his last episode of his new podcast that is not on BP that he may be moving his podcast more towards real estate, investing and such in the somewhat near future.

Next that happen use another broker at the same time, and explain to the last broker that what going on and he can finish first you will close with him, you already have all the doc in order he will be glad to close if he know what lender can do what. 

I have the impression that most place are mainly trying to upsell their course or bring you in their business where they will then make all the money on you, by selling you a lot of thing you don t need or are very complicated.Any advice and tip are welcome.100000 ThanksAnthony
