I'm going to do my best to give the BP community my short version.

For me yea I just like the simple version to not overwhelm the seller.

My version of the purchase contract is also accompanied with a list of renovation done (or to-be done, by which vendor, stipulating which job comes with warranty, length of warranty, which doesn't - not all of them do).Have you gone over all your questions on the contract with your TK and have them addressed your concern?  

If you want your money, you should start the 3-day version, which I assume is the beginning of the eviction process.

I guess I am 3, but I feel like 1 in heart…I have observed versions of 2 for years - in particular I remember early / mid 2020 there was SO MUCH expectation of a crash and then the rest of that year, all of 2021, and Q1 2023 were HOT.  

How ever in short version of my story not that great of story yet.

BV is $$ every 6 months and pipl has a paid version which is better.

:) If he is in negotiation with the owner of the property and is trying to help him rectify his situation as a principal in the matter I'm not to sure how far your version of everything will be upheld.

I also heard they have a cheaper online version.
