hi my name is steve myers i,am from akron,ohio i,am a 52 yr old single male with no background in real estatei was brought here by a friend because of my interest in learning rehab and resell.i have been trying to get something started for three yrs now but keep running into the brick wall of bad credit and poor income .i,am currently on disabilty and want to make a change in my life,i guess my first challenge is getting my credit score to where it need to be so i thank everyone for letting be apart of this and hope to get some good insight and info .....steve

I don`t have a lot of money to play around with, and am acomplete greenhorn at almost every aspect of RE, but decided to get my toes wet and see if I could dust off my long-unused talent for picking winners and profitable money-makers, as well as my negotiation and sales skills, and take them to the next level, and applying them to RE.To that end, I made a small start to test out these unfamiliar waters, and bought a small, buildable, river-view lot (w/all utlities at lot)last month, for the price of a cheap used car.
