I used to work in Washington DC and it always amazed me the different issues that impacted different association, org, industry, ect. Issues that I would not have thought impacted a certain group.

So my question to the more seasoned members or anyone with insight into the real estate political issues-What are some of the issues I should be looking into as it relates to the real estate market?
