Property rights?
I have a house I'm very interested in, but noticed there is a 50% petroleum property rights attachment to it. There are also some mineral rights
This is in central florida.
Does this mean anytime the govt. can come and molest the property?
Has anyone heard horror stories about this?
If it isnt a concern, then I will be pulling the trigger on this house.
thanks,
matt
