These still always stump me. Like this morning went to look at a place. had the comps all in my mind and then I get inside. Full bath off the kitchen, and a little br off the dining room with an attached half bath. Upstairs two more little tiny br's - no bath. Just doesnt make sense. That would sit for a while on the market. I mean how do I adjust for an issue like that? Can you put a dollar amount on it? Should I just skip it? What do you all do?
