I called my insurance broker and they told me the renter's comprehensive auto insurance would cover this.

Maybe someone on here can point me toward some more comprehensive material or be willing to have a more in depth conversation about how they managed to get their investments off the ground.

I would like to mention that normally these loans are accessible to people with pre-existing relationships with banks hence it is always better to get a warm introduction from a seasoned investor to that local bank.In addition, I do know of a real estate meet up occurring in the Worcester area soon.
