Hi folks,  new member posting to the forums, long time podcast listener.

I'm based in Madison, WI and own 2 single family buy & hold properties which I rent out (in Verona, and Waunakee).

Interested in connecting with other local folks.  I'm interested in also looking at multifamily and commercial.

I would be interested in chatting with folks who are seeking private money funding; I am an accredited investor.
