Lender recommendations in the Fitchburg Leominster MA area

If you are a lender that covers this area or have dealt with someone in Worcester County that you would recommend.  I am looking to gain another source or two.  CUs I hear can offer portfolio loans with a bit more favorable terms.  Anyone you have had a good relationship working with and can recommend, I am all ears.  Thanks in advance.  PM me or post here.

@Arian Mustafa ROCKLAND Trust's terms are just like any other "big" bank, but they close. If the deal makes sense for you as an investor it probably makes sense for them as a bank, plus they are all about the relationship. You can find better terms with the other 2, and if I recall Athol savings has no seasoning for a BRRRR cash out.
