Renting detached garage space- do I need extra insurance coverage

I am renting a detached garage to someone that is not a tenant at the property- they are storing their classic car there and plan to keep it here for about a year while e builds a new garage at his house, will not be stopping by to take it out more than every few months. Do I need to take out addt'l coverage if something like a tree fell on the garage roof and damaged his car? I called my insurance broker and they told me the renter's comprehensive auto insurance would cover this. Thoughts or suggestions?
