Do we need a lease addendum for every child they foster?

Or maybe that's fabreeze depending on his diaper situation.OK but in all seriousness - what are the good, transferable, quality interactions and experiences that some kids could take from having their parents active in real estate?

They are the bible you operate from in regards to all tenant issues.If you do not know the laws and understand how they are enforced you should not be involved in any way in dealing with tenants.All PMs and landlords must know the laws or should never be interacting with tenants.

You even find that interacting with them becomes a natural part of the interaction.I'm Asperger's.

They are live and interactive and filled with great stuff!!

I had so much fun coming up with themes and decorating and finding all of the item to fit the themes etc. and was looking forward to interacting with travelers from all over the world.

You can pass some of those uncomfortable interaction off as part of your "job."
